Collaborating on reports just got a whole lot easier with Project Annotations. This long-awaited feature allows you to add comments, insights, and clarifications directly within reports. Whether you're working with a team or sharing insights with stakeholders, this functionality makes collaboration more seamless than ever before.
It improves the workflow for current projects and sets the stage for future user-generated content on the platform, opening up exciting possibilities for even more interactive and dynamic reports.
Managing your subscription and usage limits just became simpler with our new Platform Usage Monitoring feature. Now, you can access real-time data on how you're using the platform, ensuring that you never exceed your limits without knowing.
Plus, we're rolling out Notifications to alert you when you're approaching critical usage thresholds. Say goodbye to the uncertainty and stay on top of your account at all times!
You asked, and we listened! Report Overviews are here to streamline the process of reviewing and managing reports. This feature generates a summary table for each report, giving you a quick snapshot of key content.
For users of the EUDR (European Union Deforestation Regulation) templates, this update is a real time-saver, making it easier to navigate complex reports with a single glance.
We’ve enhanced our Protected Areas V3 database with the addition of Natura 2000 sites. This European ecological network is designed to protect some of the most valuable species and habitats in the region.
With this new layer available as a separate component in the platform, users can now integrate and visualize biodiversity data more effectively within their reports. If you’re working on environmental impact assessments or any project that involves protected areas, this update is for you.
In response to user feedback, the EUDR template now automatically includes a report summary, making the review process quicker and more intuitive. We’ve also addressed some minor bug fixes to improve overall usability, ensuring a smoother experience for all users.
For our developer and advanced user community, generating PDF reports has never been easier. With our new PDF Reports API, you can now skip the user interface entirely and automate the process. This is particularly valuable for those looking to streamline workflows or integrate with other systems.
Additionally, we’ve introduced whitelabeling options, allowing you to add your own branding to PDF reports. This provides a more polished and professional look for reports you generate for clients or external stakeholders. We’ve heard your feedback about the confusion around report refresh schedules, and we’re making a change. Previously, reports would refresh based on their creation date, which led to some inconsistency. Now, all reports will refresh at the start of each month, providing a clearer, more predictable update cycle. This update makes it easier to plan and manage report updates without any guesswork.
