# Orbify

> Orbify is an EUDR compliance platform. It takes procurement, legal and
> compliance teams from collecting supplier geolocation to filing the Due
> Diligence Statement directly into TRACES NT, with satellite-verified
> deforestation analysis at plot level. Orbify serves operators and traders
> placing timber, cocoa, coffee, soy, palm oil, rubber and cattle products on
> the EU market, together with the certification bodies and consultancies
> that support them.

Orbify files Due Diligence Statements into TRACES NT through the European
Commission's EUDR API and returns the DDS reference number, so plot data is
never re-keyed into the TRACES web form by hand. The platform is
vendor-neutral and modular: it connects to the ERP, procurement and
traceability systems a company already runs rather than replacing them, and
delivers data through a REST API, webhooks and spreadsheet export.

EUDR applies from 30 December 2026. Orbify assesses deforestation risk
against the regulation's 31 December 2020 cut-off date.

## How EUDR compliance works in Orbify

1. Collect. Suppliers submit plot geolocation through a secure link. They do
   not need an Orbify account, GIS software or GIS expertise.
2. Validate. Points and polygons are checked for format, geometry and
   completeness against what TRACES NT will accept, before anything is filed.
3. Assess. Each plot is analysed against satellite records for deforestation
   after 31 December 2020, producing a plot-level risk result rather than a
   country-level or supplier-level estimate.
4. Document. Orbify generates the audit-ready due diligence report, with
   version control and a full record of what was assessed and when.
5. File. The Due Diligence Statement is submitted to TRACES NT over the EU's
   EUDR API, and the DDS reference number is returned into the platform.
